Keeping track of your logos and what designs are for which project can be a real pain. Oiga offers a powerful logo manager that allows you to upload and manage your logos, assign them to projects and see exactly how many logos each project is storing, all in one place.
Keeping track of changes you make can be a headache. Thats why we record all major project and event changes in your Notification Manager, so you can see exactly what changes you made. This is great if you accidentally mark something as complete, or lose track of a Kanban Board. Everything is tracked.
Team chat lets you communicate in real time with whoever is working on your projects with you. Unlike other integrations and chats, you can even turn a team member's comment into a task for yourself with one click, and manage it in checklists or on the Kanban Board.
Never work alone! Oiga allows for teams to sign up and collaborate quickly and easily on projects, checklists, events and more. Your team can leave comments and manage milestones on your project, or even take on new tasks you assign to them. Oiga offers a powerful colour palette manager so you can select your project and add primary or secondary colours into your virtual palette so you can see all your colours in one place. We even show the hex value so you can replicate the same colour throughout your website or marketing material designs.
Keeping track of timelines and upcoming events has never been easier. All project deadlines are automatically taken and added as an event in your calendar. If you need to add a new event, even non-work related, then just click 'Add Event', fill the details and Oiga does the rest. Soon, you will even be able to sync your Oiga calendar with your Google account, so you can view your Oiga calendar in your Google calendar.
